Facilities - Woodland Hills, CA

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Perform maintenance duties so that the operations and environment of the facilities are conducive to Panavision’s high standard set for its employees and customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and safe working environment for employees and customers

Maintain and repair various types of company equipment

Maintain warehouse facilities

Monitor and maintain hazardous materials

Monitor and maintain fire and safety equipment

Monitor and maintain company fleet of vehicles

Monitor and maintain recycle products

Report all situations that may require the supervisor’s attention

Additional duties as assigned

Skills/Experience Required:

Basic understanding of maintenance standards for the facility

Basic understanding of mechanics

Basic understanding of plumbing

Basic understanding of electricity

Basic understanding of hazardous material handling

Ability to drive a motor vehicle (must have valid California Driver’s License)

Ability to drive a forklift

Ability to operate various types of power equipment

Ability to perform many contractors trades

Good with one’s hands

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

Must be able to regularly lift up to 20 pounds, with occasional lifts of 50 pounds
