Grip and Remote Systems Client Contact

As a first point of contact for crews and production companies, the Client Contact for the Grip & Remote Systems team is responsible for establishing and maintaining working relationships with new and existing clients as well as ensuring correct equipment is allocated whilst maintaining effective communication with intercompany departments. The successful candidate will assist with raising quotes and reservations via telephone and email bookings and enquiries and will work closely with the scheduling department to arrange equipment availability. The client contact must ensure product knowledge and awareness is continually updated but previous experience is not essential.
This role, worked on a shift basis, requires candidates to have strong organisation and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task and work under pressure and within tight deadlines. Good communication and attention to detail is key to delivering a successful equipment supply to Panavision’s high standards.
