We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Rental Administrator to join our team in Greenford, London.
In this role, you'll support our Account Executives with our diverse clientele, including renowned filmmakers, production companies, and industry professionals. The Rental Administrator helps to provide seamless support to Production and crew, providing quotes and coordinating practical requirements such as availability and logistics.
What you’ll do:- Respond to in person, phone, email or other enquiries in a timely fashion with excellent attention to detail.
- Fulfil equipment rental orders using our bespoke software systems, maintaining accurate information during the life cycle of each order.
- Obtain purchase orders and provide accurate billing instructions.
- Negotiating pricing and providing exceptional customer service.
- Liaise with Operational and Technical Departments to ensure a smooth flow of equipment for efficiently fulfilling customer orders.
- Build strong relationships with all levels of clients, maintaining a friendly and professional manner at all times.
- Staying up to date with the latest industry trends and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisation and high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and software.
- A flexible approach and the ability to work under pressure.
